What Causes Urgency To Urinate, Back And Abdominal Pain?
What could be the cause of having to urgently urinate with accompanying back pain or sometimes abdominal. Also a feeling of feeling the bladder fill up and if I don t get to a bathroom I feel it will overflow on the inside. After urination I often feel faint and have turned white.

Well there can be many reasons for symptoms you mention in query like UTI, kidney infection or kidney stone .I would suggest you to consult urologist for proper examination . Doctor may order ultrasound , urine test or kidney function test . Doctor may prescribe antibiotics along with anti inflammatory . Doctor may also recommend laproscopic surgery . For now take ibuprofen or acetaminophen for pain and take proper rest . Doctor may also refer you to nephrologist for kidney problem , who may order kidney function test to confirm the diagnosis or gastroenterologist for gastric problem as pancreatitis and appendicitis can also cause such symptoms, who may order ultrasound .
