What Causes Urgency To Urinate And Pulling Sensation After Urination?

For the last few weeks when i wake up i urgently need to pee, feeling pressure down below. Then when i have finished going i get a wierd sensation, can only described as a pulling sensation. Can you help. I am 54,female,take hrt and dosolupen at night.
