What Causes Urge To Urinate Frequently Along With Lower Abdominal Pain?

My symptoms: I have the feeling that I have to urinate constantly, I am bleeding a little when I urinate- it's small little tissue like blood, I'm having some minor, lower abdominal pain like cramps and my butt is sore. My last menstrual cycle was June 29 th through July 6 th. I've had a tubal ligation so it can't be a miscarriage and I'm not due to have my period for another few days. Any thought on what's happening?

Welcome at HCM
i have gone through your query and being your physician I completely understand your health concerns....
Are you sexually active ? Any history of kidney stones in past ?
In my opinion you should get urine analysis along with the abdomen and pelvis ultrasound to look for the exact etiology...
It seem to be UTI but again you should consult your doctor for accurate diagnosis..
Get well soon
