What Causes Urge Incontinence Along With Pain In The Lower Back?

Hi their on Tuesday i staarted to come down with what i think seems to be an UTI. I keep having the urge to pee even when i have just been to the toilet and at the end it hurts and i get this sensation feeling. My lower back on the right hand side is sore. I don t really want to be on antibiotics as i have a 21st this weekend is their anything else i can take .

Hi, I think you should check your urine for routine and microscopy and a culture. Drink around 3 to 4 litres of water per day and take some urine alkaliser like syrup alkasol. You may need some antibiotics according to the culture reports. get a ultrasound done to see the kidneys, ureter and bladder to rule out any other cause.
