What Causes Urge For Vomiting And Back Pain During Pregnancy?

Hi, I'm 38 weeks pregnant with my frist kid and everytime i eat i feel as if i'm going to throw right up also i've been having back pain for the past 3 days to where i can't walk. Not to mention everyone keeps telling me i don't look good. What could be wrong?

I think I have understood your concern, I will try to suggest you the best possible treatment options.
1)First of all do not panic.Vomiting can be due to gastritis.
2) Please also get your Blood pressure checked.Till then I will suggest you Cap PAN D twice a day 30 min before meals.If blood pressure is normal , do not worry.
3)low back pain may be due to pre labour sign. Also I will suggest you to follow good posture and use of local pain killer gel like Voveron gel. You can take Tab. CALPOL 650 mg after meals if needed, for severe pain.
4) Please don't pay heed to comments about your looks. You are having changes in your body because you are harboring baby inside .
5)But are those comments because you have puffiness on face and legs, then again you need to have blood pressure checked.
Please be calm, pay attention to baby movements; and I expect you will soon be blessed with bundle of joy .
