What Causes Upset Stomach, Vomiting Sensation And Frequent Need To Pass Stools?

Hi I am manoj panekkattil an indian aged 37 years. I am listing my health issues herebelow for your kind perusal:
I am sufferring a discomfort in my stomach,
I won't say that my stomach is painful,
But there is a tendency to vomit though not very strong (but didn't vomit so far),
I am feeling like to visit toilet frequently,
Stool is in dark color (sometimes) and in small particles,
Sometimes I am experiencing loose motion as well,
Sometimes I am experiencing a pain in the stomach and if so, thereafter without much time lag I have to go to the toilet,
For quiet a long period before experiencing this issue, I was taking my food from the hotels (because I am employed at a different place to where my house is located)

hi Mr Manoj,

I have read your message and the symptoms that you are describing it looks like you are having irritable bowel syndrome.
now this syndrome is usually triggered by stress, also if you are eating outside it can be a stimulus for it.
I would advise you the following

1. try to eat home cooked food. usually in the food we get outside contains high fats and more oils which can trigger irritable bowel syndrome
2. please try taking peppermint tablet 3 times daily for 4 weeks
3. try mebeverine hydrochloride 200 mg tablet x 1 tablet twice daily for 4 weeks
4. try to exercise daily and try to maintain a good sleep pattern
5. make sure you have good intake of water upto 2 litres per day
