What Causes Upper Respiratory Infection Along With Nausea And Lightheadedness?
I contracted an upper respiratory infection coupled with diarrhea three weeks ago. The diarrhea ceased in 24 hours, but was replaced by occasional nausea, lightheadedness, mild headache and instability. These symptoms and the cough continued for two weeks and I visited my GP. He prescribed a 7 day regimen of ciproflaxin that is ending today. The cough ended yesterday, but the other symptoms persist. Any thoughts on the problem and its solution?

Continue the antibiotics. The other related symptoms will settle by itself. As of now drink plenty of water to keep yourself hydrated.
