The reasons of Muscular system weakness can be many. I will list hem for you.
You need to analyse what can be the possible reason for you. As sometimes it may lead to paralyses of the affected muscles, so I would suggest you to see a good practitioner.

Causes:
1.
Hypokalemia. Deficiency of potassium in muscles. This is the most common cause of
muscle weakness.
2. Muscular Dystrophy. Weakness happens due to the deficiency to protiens in muscles.

Dermatomyositis. it is a rare inflammatory disease. It's an
inflammatory myopathy, which is a condition that occurs when your muscles become inflamed.
4.
Hypercalcemia. A condition when your muscles have a abundant of calcium which leads to this distress.
5. Becker muscular dystrophy. It is a genetic condition that damages muscles over time and results in tissue loss.

Home remedies:
1. Milk With Licorice And Honey- In a full glass of milk, add two tablespoons honey and one tablespoon licorice. Mix this, and have it twice a day. You will see how quickly your body weakness runs away.
2. Amla(Indian Gooseberry) - Gooseberries have a large number of medicinal qualities. They are good sources of proteins, calcium, iron, and vitamin C. Also; they have partial contents of phosphorus and carbohydrates.
They are also known to be one of the best natural remedies that you can have for your muscle weakness.
You can simply eat these sour berries or for a change, mix them with natural honey.
3. Water or other fluids- As 70% of our body's constitution is water. So keep yourself hydrated. If you are dehydrated, you are highly likely to fall to
muscle fatigue and weakness.
4.Potatoes - Soak a few potatoes in water over the night. Then make them into juice and drink it in the morning.
