Hello and welcome to HCM,
Sharp pain on right upper back radiating to breasts can be due to nerve related problem like compression, injury or irritation of nerves.
Difficulty in catching up breath can aup breath is suggestive of involvement of pleura.
Pleura is the covering of the lungs.
Involvement of pleura due to infection or inflammation can lead to pain in chest and difficulty in catching up breath.
I suggest you to consult a chest physician for clinical assessment and relevant investigations to diagnose the condition.
Management can be planned after diagnosing the condition.

Thanks and take care
