It may be due to cardiac pathology.
Still for further assessment you may require complete hemogram, electrocardiogram, ultrasound abdomen after physician consultation
Further treatment mainly depends upon the underlying condition.
You may require beta blockers after consultation.
For pain you can take tablet acetaminophen.
Avoid hot and spicy food
