Hello
Black color stool is a matter of concern, it might be related to gastrointestinal bleeding or intake iron tablets.

In my opinion you should go for stool test for occult blood test and blood hemoglobin estimation to assess amount of blood loss.

Since you are having pain in upper back, vomiting and diarrhea which might be related to gastroenteritis or Acid peptic disease.

Meanwhile I would advise you to take antiacidity medicines like pantoprazole or ranitidine group of drugs with antacids.

Avoid spicy and junk food.
Have lots of fluids orally.
you may require iron infusion or blood transfusion if you have lost significant amount of blood .

Hope I could answer your question, please do let me know if you have any more queries, I will be happy to help you.
Best wishes
