What Causes Unexplained Painful Tender Spots All Over Body?

I have pain spots that can be started by just touching the area with or without cold hands. It is a sharp pain that comes and goes and to me seems like it is a nerve pain. I don t have it all the time, but when I get it , it can last a few days. What do you think it is?

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have symptoms of unexplained painful tender spots all over body which is probably due to lowering down your immunity and making you prone for infection. It could be due to allergic reactions and contact dermatitis. Need not to worry. Take hot milk rich in turmeric as it will boost immunity. Take combination of antiviral drug along with anti-inflammatory drug. I would suggest you to apply wet cold sheets on your body to lower down body temperature. and itchiness. Avoid hot, spicy and sharp food substances. Take diet rich in multivitamins and vitamin C. Your symptoms will resolve in 4-5 days. If symptoms keeps on persisting visit ENT specialist/ dermatologist once and get some routine blood investigation and skin patch test done.
