What Causes Unexplained Chronic Dizziness?
I am having these sensations or little surges in my head. Kinda like lil shocks. They are not painful but happen over a 100 times repeatedly all throughout my day for several days now. Each one is very quick. Occasionally they make me dizzy or drunk feeling but only for a minute or 2.

If you have shocking sensation, especially on your face, these may be due to trigeminal neuralgia. This is a condition that is not well-understood why it happens but it is not dangerous and there are treatments available that may help relieve the sensation.
