What Causes Unconsciousness After Urination?

dear sir,

i would like to know that, alfter going to urine in morning or keep urine for long time (once a while) all of sudden i was fall out for more than 3-5 mins and i was uncoincias. it was happen in one a while in a years ( last it happen before 2 days and ealier it was happen more than 9-10 years before).

I would like to know more about it , what is the cause etc...

please advace and it is releted to Urine problem or related to lever , Mind
i am 38 year Male and 6.9" hight.

Your condition is so called micturition syncope or post-micturition syncope which is benign issue which is a result of vasovagal response, postural hypotension. People often become pale, lightheaded, nauseated, sweaty and weak before they lose consciousness. Sometimes defecating, coughing, or severe vomiting may cause fainting in a similar way. There is no specific treatment for it and only if this happens frequently you can:
sit while urinating, sit on the edge of the bed for a while before getting up and going to the toile, avoid urinating while sleepy, urinate before sleep.
So this is not directly related to urine or bladder but more like neurogenic response and there is no need to be worried.
