What Causes Twitching Of Eye Along With Light Headedness?
In the past week or two I have had twitching in my right eye. About half an hour ago I felt light headed and saw like a veil of silver grey floating in my eyes. when I went to lay down and closed my eyes there was a bright yellow light that grew bigger and it felt like I was blinking . it lasted for about a minute. I now have a slight fuzziness in my head.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have twitching of eye along with light headedness. Well there can be many reasons for symptoms you mention in query like middle ear infection , labyrinthitis ,medication reaction or side-effect , diabetes, type 2 , iron deficiency , stress or neurological problem . I would suggest you to consult ENT specialist for proper examination. Doctor may order CT scan along with physical examination and examination with otoscope . Doctor may prescribe muscle relaxant along with antibiotics and antiemetic drug . Doctor may also refer you to neurologist for neuro problem . For now avoid bending forward , drink green tea with ginger and try to make yourself relax .
