What Causes Twitching In Wrist And Difficulty In Holding Things?

Ok Im 65 yrs old this isn t for me however I have a 40 yr old daughter that cleans house for a living for the past year she has recently having a twitching in both wrist its been going on for the past few months now shes having trouble gripping things seems like she cant keep a hold of things shes picking up heavy or light any sugestions ????

Hello,

I think she should consider visiting a rheumatologist. An X-ray of elbow joint should be done to evaluate it's conditions. Taking anti-inflammatory drugs such Advil or Naproxen is a good idea. Try to have rest for some days.
