What Causes Twitching Above The Right Eyebrow?

I keep experiencing what feels like this throbbing vein above my right eye brow. It started yesterday morning & has continued through today. It is not constant but it is consistent, it feels like I m under water when the throbbing is not occuring. It is extremely uncomfortable, but I m not sure if this is just a headache or a migraine, or if it s something I should be concerned with.

we should find out the cause what is the cause of headache and pulsating vein above eye, mostly we should look whether it is vasculitis problem (gaint cell artritis), or any primary headache syndrome like migraine, you need detail investigations like hemogram,ear, and CT brain if needed.
