What Causes Twang Sound In Ears?

Hi I am 38 year old woman. I sometimes get ear wax blockage which is syringes easily by the doctor. Sometime I hear a twang sound like when you pul a tight a rubber band. Now I notice my hear sounds hollow when I snap my teeth or tap the top of my head. What is this

Well come to HCM
If this is ear wax impaction then it need to be removed by the ENT surgeon and you are suppose to try for this, so better to see the doctor it is equipment nowadays which easily removes the wax, hope this information helps, take care.
