What Causes Tunnel Vision Along With Tinnitus?
Not sure if it s anything but yesterday while shopping I suddenly felt as if I was not present almost day dreaming then sort of like tunnel vision and tren my left eye kept seeing flashes of light, like lighting . It lasted a few moments there was also shushing in my ear. The shushing hasn t left.

If symptoms persist, better to consult a neurologist and plan for an MRI brain to rule out possible intracranial (inside the brain) causes. Conditions like retinopathy can also cause similar problems.
