What Causes Trouble In Taking Deep Breaths And Chest Tightness?

Hi im 21 and i am having troble taking a deep breath it feels kinda tight when i do this all started last night around 8pm i called ems and they took my blood my oxygen level was all good .. so i didnt feel the need to go to the hospital but today its the same so i did go to the doctor and he told me it was a chest cold but im not coughing please help?

Consult psychiatrist and get done counselling sessions.
Try to identify stressor in your life and start working on its solution.
