What Causes Trouble In Speaking Right After Waking Up?

Hi Doctor, I just awoke froma nap and my sons were playing beside me, but I wasn t able to say anything. My mouth was moving, but I heard nothing and nothing came out. Also, I wasn t able to move at all and sometime I have to roll of the bed to fall down for somebody to notice. This happens occasionally, but other than this, I am a healthy person and I function normallly, though I am a vegetarian and recently my physician told me that I have an iron deficiency.

HI
Thank for asking to HCM
I really appreciate your concern and let me tell you that your symptoms are very much functional in origin and this could be hallucination and it would be better to control your thoughts and keep the stress level low, stop paying attention the impulses that you might be having, take care and have a nice day.
I find this answer helpful
