My son (now 23 yrs) has been suffering for the past 6yrs , with symptoms that his ear is always sounding like there is fluid trickling down and being blocked./..due to this feeling every DAY he also suffers from ocassional headaches., He had his wisdom teeth out...and seems to have suffered since then. We have been to various doctorsno one can pin point the problem....It is becoming a serious nuisance and feeling very unhelpful, o help my son. PLEASE if you can what could be causing the trickling feeling of water in his ear. When he puts pressure with his fingers ontheside of his ears./. it passes foe a second. Hi.This is called a Tinnitus. This can be due to various reasons like Acoustic trauma, Chronic Secretory Otitis Media, Neuritis of the Vestibulo-cochear nerve, inflammation of the vestibule, Caner like growths near the middle ear. He needs to be fully investigated with CT can and MRI of the brain and mastoids to find the primary cause. If the history and findings are negative an opinion of the Psychiatrist can be sought.
