General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Tremors can be a side effect of medication, but it can also be a side effect of many other problems including neurodegenerative disorders such as Parkinson's disease.

I would need a history of the time course of when she started to have the tremors in relation to the start of her medications.

Also, whether the tremors occur at rest versus when she starts to move. So I would need more information about her medical problems, medications, and an exam.

If the tremors are new or getting worse, or have never been evaluated then she should discuss this with her primary doctor and may need a referral to a neurologist to go over her history and do a thorough exam.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
