What Causes Tremors In The Jaw And Hands?

My wife is having tremors in her jaw and hands. Has had low calcium issues in the past, but new tests were perfect. She does have high white cell and platelet counts, all we are finding is the real big stuff like Parkinson s, ALS and MS. What minor conditions can cause this?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

How you ever tested her for thyroid status because thyroid induce adrenergic drive.

Definitely hypocalcemia cause tremors. Sometimes, anxiety can induce tremors as well. B adrenergic agonists are also induced tremors.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhadresh Lakhani
