What Causes Tremors In The Hands And Fingers While Singing?

Hi, so i realized whenever I sing, like really belt, my hands and fingers will start to feel like theyre vibrating like a very powerful phone on vibrate but are not physically vibrating. Although it does make it hard for me to use my finger muscles while its happening. If i let it sit for a little while though it goes away
