What Causes Tremors In The Hand?

I am a 59 year old white male whose right hand shakes. The shaking increases with increased physical activity (holding grass trimmer as an example)....I am healthy, do not take any medication, and in fairly good health. I am 5 11 and weigh approx. 165 lbs. My left hand has started to shake, but only mildly...When I mentioned it to my family doctor, he just disregarded it; however my right hand is getting worse. Any suggestions/thoughts? E-mail address YYYY@YYYY

Thanks for your question on Healthcare Magic.
I can understand your concern.
In my opinion, you should definitely consult neurologist for your symptoms.
You are having worsening tremors in right hand and developing tremor in left hand.
So possibility of parkinsonism is more.
So consult neurologist and get done clinical examination and MRI brain.
Hope I have solved your query. I will be happy to help you further. Wish you good health. Thanks.
