What Causes Toothache After Receiving A Xgeva Shot?

I am getting an Xgeva shot, last week was #2. Today my teeth ache a bit and my upoer jaw has a small ache... not bad but something i noticed. Your site is terribly deceiving. ... i have been on many other c6hst sites and ptofessionals didNOT ask to be paid! Forget it!

Pain in teeth and jaw after Xgeva injection that contains active ingredient Denosumb should be examined by an Oral Physician as Denosumb can cause teeth and gum related problems or exaggerate the previously occuring infections..
So you should consult an Oral Physician and get evaluated so that he can check for any gum or tooth related infections..
As Denosumb can cause Osteonecrosis of jaw therefore it should also be taken into consideration and an x ray of teeth and jaw like an Orthopantomogram should be done..
Maintain a meticulous oral hygiene as it is very important when you take bisphosphonates like Xgeva or Denosumb..
