General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Vincent angina is successfully treated with penicillin antibiotic.
You may also have the tenancy to form kidney stones and removing tonsils may be a solution.
Also it will reduce reoccurrence of infection.
Consult an ENT doctor.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
