What Causes Tongue Enlargement Feelings With Vomiting Sensations?

Since yesterday i ve been feeling that either my tongue is to big for my mouth or either i have tonsilides.The symptom is that everytime i talk i feel like i am about to vomet and its scaring me a lot..i can swallow quite normally but i dont know what to do!!

Hello,

Your symptoms could be related to an allergy reaction. For this reason, I recommend taking an anti-histamine (Benadryl or Loratidine) and see if they relieve your symptoms. Anyway, it does not seem to be anything serious. If fever starts, you should consider a possible infection, including Covid and you should get tested.
