What Causes Tongue Deviation And Difficulty In Swallowing Foods?
Hi I have an appointment with a neurologist tomorrow for right side tongue deviation, trouble swallowing not only food now but also fluids. I choke swallowing either. Headache on the right side,with pressure from behind right eye down right side of my neck. My voice has been hoarse for about 7 weeks. Also have a hard time talking because of the tongue going to the right. Any ideas of what things this brings to mind

You symptoms are suggestive of multiple lower cranial nerve weakness which are useful for swallowing and speaking. There can be any rasons for this including infections and swellings. you will need a complete neurological examination , please dont delay and meet your doctor soon.
