What Causes Tissues In Bowel?

I am 27 year old female, I just used the restroom and found that my feces had stringy tissue-like something in it...concerned but not at all a hypochondriac, I am a healthy person with regular bowel movements, no pain, no blood...., extra info: I work at a daycare and am exposed to others poop daily, I also have a cat and a dog, I also am on no medication, however I have been taking OTC diet pills lately?I doubt all that is relevant just being thorough, only happened this one time will wait and see what the next one looks like? Should I be concerned

Hi.
Thanks for your query.
It is better to be concerned if there is something unusual in the stool and particularly when you are exposed to others poop and cats and dogs.
Get the stool examination done tomorrow irrespective whether it looks normal or not.
If you feel like worms or so, take antihelminthic to combat worms and repeat another dose after 15 days.
Rest of the treatment if anything found on stool examination.,
I find this answer helpful
