josh is nine year old and has been complaining for a couple weeks to his parents about feeeling tired, having a tummy ache and feeling pins and needles in his feet. his parents notice that he has been loosing weight and is going to washroom to urinate very often. when they try to comfort Josh about his symptoms they notice a strange fruity odour in his breath. Which disease is it? I need it urgently because it is a part of my project.
