General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear Greetings
Regarding your experience with nausea tiredness bloating foul egg smell in your mouth following a 37 weeks pregnancy I will suggest a possible condition called paralytic ileus (reduced intestinal motility)

In view of this please do an abdominal x-ray and see a gastroenterologist specialist for further clinical assessment and adequate drug prescription

Meanwhile please take gestid suspension pending your appointment

I hope this helps Regards
