What Causes Tiredness And Pain In The Shoulders And Elbows?

Hi Dr I feel tired and pain on my shoulders and elbows. I usually take painkillers. I have also been advised to take BFsuma supliments for stronger bones and cartlige. Am sixty years old.This has been going on for sometime and am worried. Pls advice Regards Norman

hello Norman. Thank you for writing us here.
the pain at joint is mainly due to 'wear and tear'. just make sure that you don't work too much which causes strain on your body. The supplements are good and just make sure your body is regularly exposed to sunlight so enough of vitamin D is formed in your body.
You can also take diclofenac gel and apply on the painful areas if you want along with the painkillers you're taking.
