What Causes Tiredness And Heartburn Along With Burping?
I had an overwhelming feeling of tiredness on Tuesday. I was dizzy. My upper chest did not hurt but felt full.. Since that day 4 days ago I ve had the feeling of heartburn in my chest. I went to my dr and an ekg was done. It came back normal. Today I just walked a flight of stairs and my chest felt like I just did ten laps! That s not normal for me. I have an appt with my internist Wed. I m not in pain but I m tired. Also unlike me. I ve had to lay down after that small flight of stairs and my appetite is not normal either as minor that hungry. My stomach is grumbling... I keep burping too
Hi, Burping or belching is way of body to expel out air from stomach whether it is due to excess swallowed air or produced because of food digestion or acid reflux or gastritis etc.
During deep breathing some amount of air get swallowed in stomach through esophagus.
Your feeling of heart burn or chest discomfort or tiredness could also be related to this.
Deep breathing exercises is good for your lung but whenever you take a deep breath, it must be taken with your nose only because even slight open mouth will allow the air to get swallowed and lead to belching.
In addition, you take out breath through nose very slowly while keeping lips pursed.
Eat high protein and easily digestive food rather than carbohydrates or fatty foods.
