What Causes Tiredness Along With Headaches And Dizziness?
For a little less than a week I ve been waking up well rested as usual but then after little bit maybe a hour latter I m completely tired and need to take a nap. I ve also been having frequent small headaches that come on and off and also sometimes dizziness when I stand up. I am a teen that s healthy and involved in multiple sports. Never had problems with being tired I always go to be at a respectable time and maybe would get a headache once a year at most.
Your symptoms may be caused by different disorders like : -A chronic anemia - A viral infection -Magnesium deficiency -Blood potasium imbalance -Myastenia gravis -Sleep apnea -Low blood pressure -Hypothyroidism - Malnutrition and vitamin deficiency.
I recommend you to perform some tests , to exclude the above mentioned possibilities: a routine blood test for anemia and inflammation, blood electrolytes, kidney and liver renal fuctions, thyroid function tests, blood magnesium, blood pressure regular monitoring.
If all the above mentioned tests result normal, I recommend you to consult with a neurologist and perform an electromyography.
