What Causes Tiny Red Rashes On The Body?

Hello. My sixteen year old daughter has little red bumps/rash. Brought her to the doctor 1 1/2 month ago, they prescribed steroids for psoriasis. Six day dose, bumps went away; week later they came back. Went to doctor again, same symptoms, same prescription, any advice?
