What Causes Tinnitus, Loss Of Hearing And Ear Pain?

I have had the ringing and heart beat for a long time. Not long ago I had a lot of pain, I went to a chiropractor and got treatment till I come to Florida for the winter. I use a ringing off the shelf which helps for a short time. I do not appear to have wax in my ears. I feel I need to see a specialist, but do not know who to see
