I have ringing in my ears, irregular heartbeat, very uncomfortable, pain in right leg and right foot, sense of uneasiness, loss of appetite and nausea just went off pregestrone cream 3 days ago, Wondering if these are side effects of going off cream

It should not be a side effect of discontinuation of this medication though persons react differently to medication use or discontinuation.
It is possible, if the symptoms are sudden or recent onset, that they are related to a viral infection.
