What causes tinnitus and excessive ear wax?

Ever since a tube was put in my ear, I have had wax buildup, that my dr has removed twice. Also, constant ringing in thr ear, and now dried blood has formed around the tube. I m using drops 3 times a day to loosen the blood and will go back in a week to remove it. Why is this happening? Thank you

Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

As per your history, tinnitus may be due excessive wax, kindly remove it from ENT surgeon. Bleeding may be due improper handling, so consult with ENT surgeon to clear it. You can use wax clean ear drops. Keep ear clean. Take care.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
