What Causes Tinnitus And Dizziness?

My mother is 60 yrs old, now some times she feeling head is reeling for 10 to 30 min, at this moment she is going for motion also.she is having gastric problem also, and she told noise in the ear or reduced hearing. pls suggest. height is 5 ft and weight 65 kgs, suffering with low bp sometimes.

Hi.
Thanks for your query and an elucidate history.
This is vertigo along with associated problems related to the stress.
I would advise the following:
*Audiometry to see if she is short of hearing or malignanring.
*MRI with angiography of the neck and brain to see that she does not have age related insufficiency problem.
*A combination of medicines like stugil under the guidance of an ENT Surgeon or Neurologist.
*Ranitidine / PPI
*rest of the treatment as investigations will guide.
