A few days ago I went to a doctor for pain and ringing in my ear. They took my blood pressure and it was 135/80. They did blood work and told me my liver metabolites were strange, that my vitamin b level is 15 when it should be 30, and that I might have some unspecified autoimmune disease. Today, I also started noticing cramps in my calf muscles, tingling in the left side of my nose, jitteriness, tingliness/ weakness in my arms, pain on the left side of my chest, and overall just feeling strange, as if something is wrong. I called my primary care physician s office, but it s closed for the day. Should I go to an emergency room tonight or just wait to call my PCP when they open in the morning?
