What Causes Tingling Sensation, Numbness And Constant Cramps In The Feet?

The bottom of both my feet are tingling and red and feel numb. I also have constant cramps in both feet, ankles & calves @ night. Both legs have been sensitive to touch for years. I have lost 20lbs. over the past year and have not been able to regain my weight back. I am very thin. I have undergone numerous tests, however they have all come back negative. I was diagnosed with pneumonia last month but I m now over it. I have had a persistent cough for months. What could be causing these symptoms?

if not relief
