What Causes Tingling Sensation In The Spine And Buttocks?
I have a tingling feeling in my lumbar spine and buttocks and legs. I ve had MRI confirming small posterior annual tears at 3 levels and a disc bulge. My conditional fluctuates from good day to very scary bad day like today. I fear bending over in case in get another episode of slipped disc. What do I do when I am like this?
