Hey,
Tingling sensations in body part generally indicates temporary restriction of nerve impulses. most commonly could be secondary to vitamin deficiency or malnutrition. There is a list of diseases that can cause this but if you do not have any other symptom then try applying lidocaine or any other numbing agent topically.
