What Causes Tingling Sensation In The Body While On Arimidex?

I have been on Arimidex since February 1. I have tingling sensation (feels like pin pricks) all over several times a day. It may be in my legs, trunk, almost anywhere. It lasts a few minutes. Is this caused by this medication? YYYY@YYYY

Hi,
You are most likely having paresthesia: tingling and pricking sensation over the body.
Arimidex (anastrozole) can cause parethesia in some patients. If this does not subside over time or becomes severe, then I would advice you to consult your prescriber for further management.
I hope the above information helps you. Thanks for writing into healthcaremagic. Take care.
