Hello,

I read carefully your query and understand your concern.

Calluses usually do not cause symptoms.
However, if friction is extreme, calluses may become thick and irritated, which causes a mild burning sensation, or sometimes a pain like that caused by damage to the nerves in the foot.
I suggest using an anti inflammatory medications such as Ibuprofen to relieve the inflammation.

Hope my answer was helpful.

If you have further queries feel free to contact me again.

Kind regards!
