What Causes Tingling Sensation In Lower Abdomen, groin And Hip Area?

I am experiencing tingling sesations in the lower right portion of my tummy, above the grion and below the hip bone. I am 66 and in general good health. I don t get it all the time but it does seem to come on if I am sitting and it feels fluttery & tingly? Thought it was indigestion or wind ,the first time I felt/had this two days ago, so took a Bisodol that evening and it subsided. it returned a couple of times yesterday afternoon, then went when I got up and moved about. Now returned again this moring as I responded to emails!
