Can brain zaps be in the face or sometimes hands? I'm kind of scared because I keep getting electrical pulse tingling feelings in my face mostly around my mouth and cheeks but sometimes in my hands as well. I'm not hyperventilating most of the it but it does get worse if I get feeling of deep sadness. I got off lexapro after 18 months almost two weeks ago and it started 2 days ago. I don't get it in my head at all but I am assuming that's what it is. Can you confirm this? It's both sides and I know what it is like to hyperventilate and I am not.
