What Causes Tingling Sensation At The Tip Of The Penis?

Hello, just feeling a tingling or itchy (slight or light for both) right at the tip or my urinary tract... Started a week ago and it s not a steady feeling...comes and goes form time to time... For I am a man of 43 yo, corrections officer, living alone.

This condition may develop due to various bacterial, viral or fungal infections.
These may include gonorrhoea, chlamydia, bacterial uretheral infections, skin disorders such as dermatitis, metabolic disturbances such as diabetes mellitus, genital herpes infection, kidney stones and trauma to penis itself.
